Purpose of the Job:
- Effective supervision and development of operators to achieve optimum material and manpower cost.

Key Responsibilities (Job Description):
- Ensure compliance of services to schedule as per contract and real-time delivery to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Ensure optimal utilization of manpower and materials to achieve desired profitability.
- Regularly brief operators on safety and ensure its compliance to prevent accidents during work execution. Monitoring and educating them for services to be done through Operator Application.
- Ensure effective services by which pest occurrences are prevented and customer complaints avoided.
- Monitor services efficacy and stack conditions consistently at Warehouses to ensure effective fumigation and commodity protection.
- Monthly reports like Chemical closing, Physical Verification & revenue.
- CRM visits with accounts. Customer awareness program on monthly basis.

- Assist the branch to achieve business goals by increasing number of customers & effective pest management services to meet customer requirements.

- Develop third-party revenue stream by increasing customers for commercial pest management services. Ensure timely receipt of payments from Customers within the company’s credit period.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective responses to customer feedback.
- Maintain good relationships with customers through telephone calls and personal visits.
